The Church on Oakwood

The Christmas card designed by members of Discoverers' Youth Night will soon be available. It will detail all the Christmas services taking place at The Church on Oakwood and St Alban's Catholic Church.

We are relying on the willingness of Church members to deliver the cards around Oakwood. For the past few years, a lack of volunteers has made the delivering of Christmas cards impractical. This year we are hoping to bring back the tradition, and have prepared 2 500 cards, enough to cover half of the Oakwood Estate.

We are asking for volunteers to spare an hour or two on Saturday 10th December, meeting at Church from 9.30am onwards to deliver cards and then returning for mince pies and refreshments. If you are unable to make this date, but would like to help, please let Gareth Ellison, Leann Judd or Steve Green know.
